We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dialysis Clinical Coordinator to join our team at US Renal Care. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with Clinical and Operational Processes
    • Improve patient health and minimize hospitalizations and missed treatments
    • Plan and coordinate patient scheduling to ensure timely acceptance and effective staffing levels
    • Demonstrate effective use of supplies and staff labor hours
  • Coordinate Patient Care Services
    • Develop standards and methods of measuring patient care services
    • Work with the Administrator to maintain chronological, thorough, and appropriate documentation in the patient record
  • Quality Management and Outcomes
    • Promote quality management program through education and involvement of staff and patients
    • Assist with program's target goals for patient outcomes in accordance with quality patient care and Company goals
  • Operational Readiness
    • Knowledge of and remain current with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
    • Assist the Administrator with development, implementation, and follow-up of Corrective Action Plans
  • Partnerships and Staff Development
    • Maintain collaborative working relationships with Medical Director and physicians
    • Establish and maintain a positive relationship with all Administrators, area hospitals, agencies, vendors, and the community
    • Ensure all staff meet required qualifications for position held and perform duties within limitations established by and in accordance with company policy/procedures
Requirements
  • Current RN license in applicable state
  • 12 months experience in providing nursing care, including 3 months of experience in providing nursing care to patients on maintenance dialysis
  • CPR certification required within 90 days of hire
  • Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors
  • Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of the English language and ability to communicate verbally and in writing
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
