INTRAL Corporation is seeking a highly skilled International Trade Compliance Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine product classifications (Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) & Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS)) as well as other valuation, origin, and licensing requirements.
  • Research and respond to inquiries on various trade compliance regulations, including Export Administration Regulations (EAR), EU Dual-Use Regulations, Foreign Trade Regulations (FTR), Free Trade Agreement eligibility, Anti-dumping/Countervailing Duty, Quota or other Duty concerns, as well as other Domestic and Foreign Agency requirements.
  • Conduct assessments of exporters' & importers' compliance controls, review and prepare customized corporate policy and procedure manuals, conduct compliance assessments and assist in training programs.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in international trade compliance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of trade regulations, laws, and procedures.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word & Excel).
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as international business, trade, or law.
