Conduct work in alignment with industry standards, guidelines, and best practices.

Prepare remediation strategies and liaise with external stakeholders and internal partners to address issues.

Create and maintain detailed reports that effectively track project progress.

Comply with established organizational policies and procedures regarding project management methodologies, quality assurance, and related standards.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Demonstrated experience in managing the implementation and deployment of large-scale enterprise-wide

Preferred Qualifications

Extensive experience in overseeing the implementation and deployment of large-scale IT Access and Identity Management Systems (AIMS)

Experience managing multiple concurrent projects/applications at various stages with competing priorities and changing timelines

Strong understanding and proven experience with various Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies

Proven track record in managing projects using Agile methodologies, preferably Scrum

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or similar credentials are highly desirable.

Ability to cultivate and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, management, end users, project team members, and vendors

Strong cross-functional leadership experience in a matrixed environment

Capability to translate and communicate technical concepts, information, plans, and procedures to both technical staff and non-IT business users

Knowledge and demonstrated ability to conduct thorough planning, perform risk assessments, and develop corresponding risk mitigation strategies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation abilities with a talent for achieving results from cross-functional teams

Expertise in conducting efficient and effective meetings

Proven exceptional project management experience across multiple timelines simultaneously

Solid understanding of Government Security standards and Regulatory requirements

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

A minimum of ten (10) years of IT experience


A minimum of eight (8) years in a project management role, overseeing projects from inception through delivery – on time and within budget with full accountability and financial responsibility.

A minimum of five (5) years of extensive hands-on experience managing large-scale enterprise-wide IT projects

  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience managing enterprise-wide Access and Identity Management projects
Experience with preparing project documentation such as detailed requirements, status reports, etc.

Proficiency with JIRA or similar project management tools

Advanced proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
