Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee and drive complex initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in program management, particularly within the healthcare or financial services sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multifaceted projects with budgets exceeding $1 million.
  • Coordinate teams of 20+ personnel, including vendor contractors, to ensure project success.
  • Utilize project management methodologies to guide projects from inception through to operational implementation.
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical and business stakeholders.
  • Conduct productive meetings and workshops with staff at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years in program and project management roles.
  • Experience in managing technical projects involving data warehousing, analytics, and systems integration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project.

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and the Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Understanding of Medicaid Encounter Data and T-MSIS.
  • Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in a government healthcare agency or public sector environment.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus.
