Regional Sales Executive

The role involves spearheading sales initiatives and meeting profit objectives across AHF Inc.'s diverse product offerings in the West Texas and New Mexico regions. You will provide outstanding customer service while representing and promoting AHF Inc.'s extensive range of products, which includes Porcelain Tile, Specialty Tiles, Natural Stone, Hardwood Flooring, Luxury Vinyl, and Allied Products. Adhering to the company's core values, you will work collaboratively with your team to ensure that organizational standards are upheld and collective goals are achieved. Your responsibilities will encompass all facets of sales within the Commercial, Residential, and Outdoor sectors, from lead generation to deal closure. You will develop and implement approved marketing strategies that align with both personal and corporate objectives. By working closely with sales and support teams, your primary focus will be on enhancing customer satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and achieving long-term account objectives in line with the company's vision and values.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with Regional Managers and team members to formulate and execute sales strategies targeting Commercial A&D, Commercial Contractors, Retailers, and Outdoor segments, ensuring consistent attainment of sales and profit objectives for the region.
  • Identify and nurture relationships with key Architectural Firms, Commercial Contractors, Retailers, and Pool Builders within the designated market to enhance market presence and strengthen partnerships.
  • Establish and manage accounts such as Architectural libraries, flooring retailers, and outdoor design centers, providing AHF Inc.'s product offerings, including displays, samples, and marketing materials, while conducting product knowledge sessions.
  • Actively engage in territory-specific networking groups and events to bolster industry presence and cultivate relationships that support business objectives.
  • Utilize CRM (HubSpot) on a daily basis to monitor activities, opportunities, and next steps, ensuring effective management of the sales pipeline and customer interactions.
  • Work in conjunction with the Regional Sales Manager and team members to develop and implement sales strategies that surpass sales and profit targets for the region.
  • Partner with the Regional Sales Manager to identify Key End-users and their associated A&D firms, General Contractors, and flooring contractors, fostering long-term, account-based relationships.
  • Proactively collaborate with team members to secure project specifications, leveraging market intelligence and CRM data to enhance awareness and manage accounts effectively.
  • Attend industry organizations and events (e.g., IIDA, A4LE, IFMA, AIA, USGBC, NEWH) to remain updated on industry trends and developments, thereby enhancing professional networks and market knowledge.
  • Maintain Project Registrations, oversee commercial and residential pipelines, and participate in regular pipeline management meetings to ensure accurate forecasting and goal achievement.
  • Identify and pursue regional and national accounts as part of strategic account development planning, contributing to overall business growth objectives.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports, including call reports, weekly updates, pipeline sales reports, and expense reports, to Sales Management to facilitate informed decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  • Engage in scheduled territory reviews with Sales Management on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to assess performance metrics, discuss challenges and opportunities, and align strategies.
  • Consistently meet or exceed established sales goals, demonstrating a proven track record of sales growth and the ability to recognize buying signals and close deals effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience (preferably in flooring or a related construction field).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • A positive attitude and a robust work ethic.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective customer and client interactions.
  • Demonstrated capacity to grow sales and effectively close deals based on identified buying signals.
  • Self-motivated with high energy and a proactive approach to achieving goals, willing to take initiative and go the extra mile.
  • Strong follow-through skills, ensuring commitments and tasks are completed thoroughly and punctually.
  • Proficient in preparing and delivering formal presentations of AHF Inc. products, services, and company strengths to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively conveying ideas and information in group settings or one-on-one interactions, and adept at composing and analyzing reports.
