Position Summary:

In this role, you will:

  • Oversee the strategic initiatives to maintain high-quality services for residents.
  • Attract, develop, and retain top-tier leadership and management personnel.
  • Foster positive relationships with residents, families, team members, and community organizations.
  • Regularly report to senior leadership on operational performance and challenges.
  • Implement safety and risk management programs in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

  • Manage the annual operating budget, ensuring financial targets are met.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, gerontology, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.

Experience Requirements:
Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:
  • A minimum of seven years as an executive director or administrator in a continuing care retirement community.
  • A minimum of ten years in a leadership role within a long-term care environment.
  • A minimum of ten years of progressive leadership experience in the hospitality sector.
