PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:

To drive sales and meet profit objectives across AHF Crossville Studios' Residential, Commercial, and Outdoor product lines in designated regions. You will deliver outstanding customer service while representing and selling a comprehensive range of products, including Porcelain Tile, Specialty Tiles, Natural Stone, Hardwood Flooring, Luxury Vinyl, and related offerings. Adhering to the company's core values, you will work collaboratively to meet organizational standards and achieve collective goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with Regional Managers and team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies targeting Commercial A&D, Contractors, Retailers, and Outdoor segments, ensuring sales and profit goals are consistently met.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key Architectural Firms, Contractors, Retailers, and Pool Builders to enhance market presence and strengthen partnerships.
  • Manage accounts such as Architectural libraries and flooring retailers, providing product displays, samples, and conducting informative presentations.
  • Engage actively in networking groups and events to bolster industry presence and cultivate beneficial relationships.
  • Utilize CRM tools to monitor activities, opportunities, and next steps, ensuring effective management of the sales pipeline.
  • Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to devise and execute strategies that surpass sales and profit targets.
  • Identify and develop relationships with Key End-users and their associated firms, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with team members to secure project specifications, leveraging market insights and CRM data for effective account management.
  • Participate in industry events to stay updated on trends and expand professional networks.
  • Maintain accurate project registrations and manage pipelines to ensure precise forecasting and goal achievement.
  • Pursue regional and national accounts as part of strategic development initiatives.
  • Provide timely reports to Sales Management to support informed decision-making.
  • Engage in regular performance reviews with Sales Management to assess metrics and align strategies.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets, demonstrating a strong ability to identify buying signals and close deals.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in flooring or a related construction field.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Positive attitude and a robust work ethic.
  • Effective interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and customers.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Employees must be able to perform essential functions, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 75 pounds.

MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

Employees should possess the ability to think analytically, make decisions, develop options, and work collaboratively while maintaining punctual attendance and attention to detail.

TRAVEL:

Some travel is required for this role, primarily within designated regions, with potential additional travel for trade shows and meetings.
