- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), including leadership roles overseeing Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
- Experience with Lifecare/Entrance fee models.
- LNHA preferred; must be willing to obtain the license if not currently held.
- Oversee the strategic plan to ensure high-quality services for residents, aligned with Lifespace Communities' standards and policies.
- Recruit, hire, develop, and retain key leadership and management personnel.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, their families, team members, and community organizations.
- Regularly meet with Lifespace Senior Leadership to discuss operational issues, trends, and solutions.
- Design and implement programs to comply with OSHA regulations and risk management protocols.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to set clear expectations and maintain accountability for achieving sales goals.
- Manage the annual marketing plan and set sales objectives in partnership with the Sales and Marketing leadership.
- Prepare and manage the community's annual operating budget, ensuring financial goals are met.
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, gerontology, hospitality management, or a related field.
- A Master's degree is highly preferred.
- Must meet one of the following experience criteria:
- At least 7 years as an executive director or administrator in a CCRC.
- At least 10 years as an executive director or administrator in a long-term care environment with demonstrated leadership in a health center.
- At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in the hospitality industry, including hotel or resort management.
