Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and meet profit objectives across AHF Crossville Studios' product lines in the North and Northeast Texas regions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while representing and selling a diverse range of products, including Porcelain Tile, Specialty Tiles, Natural Stone, Hardwood Flooring, Luxury Vinyl, and Allied Products.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure organizational standards are upheld and collective goals are achieved.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with both personal and business objectives.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and revenue growth through effective collaboration with sales and support teams.

Essential Functions:

  • Work with Regional Managers to create and execute sales strategies targeting Commercial A&D, Contractors, Retailers, and Outdoor segments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key Architectural Firms, Contractors, Retailers, and Pool Builders to expand market presence.
  • Manage accounts, including Architectural libraries and flooring retailers, by providing product displays, samples, and conducting presentations.
  • Engage in networking opportunities to strengthen industry relationships.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer interactions effectively.
  • Identify and pursue strategic accounts to support overall business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in flooring or a related construction field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
  • Effective interpersonal skills for customer engagement.

Physical and Mental Demands:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Travel Requirements:

  • Some travel is necessary, primarily within North and Northeast Texas, with potential for additional travel for trade shows and meetings.
