Location: This role is based in Gainesville, FL, and does not offer relocation assistance. Candidates must be prepared to commute daily to the Gainesville area.

We are in search of approachable, motivated, honest, and compassionate sales representatives to assist in promoting IQ Fiber's swift and intelligent internet services to local residents.

Through our comprehensive training program, you will develop an effective sales presentation to convert potential customers in designated areas to IQ Fiber.

The Field Sales Consultant role is a hands-on position that involves engaging with residential clients directly (including door-to-door outreach) within your assigned territory.

You will serve as our Local Expert on fiber-optic internet and Wi-Fi broadband solutions in each neighborhood, with the primary goal of increasing the adoption of IQ Fiber's broadband services.

You will introduce our organization, inform consumers, and enhance service penetration in your area while maintaining a direct, honest, and transparent approach, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction for every client.

Key Responsibilities:
Establish IQ Fiber as the preferred provider for broadband services.
Achieve or surpass market penetration targets.

Engage directly with customers at their homes or during community events to conduct the sales qualification process.

Utilize a proven face-to-face sales approach with the aim of closing sales and processing orders within our internal systems.

Clarify the advantages of IQ Fiber compared to competitors.

Follow up with activated customers to ensure satisfaction and gather insights and feedback to share with the Director of Residential Sales.

Maintain performance within company standards.
Be proactive in pursuing leads.
Monitor local competition to identify risks, challenges, and opportunities.

Participate regularly in community marketing events to raise awareness of IQ Fiber, boost customer penetration rates, and expand our customer base.


Qualifications:
Must be a self-motivated individual capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
Possess an energetic, friendly, and cooperative attitude.
Demonstrated success in sales, preferably in an outside sales capacity.
Experience in telecommunications is highly desirable.
Understanding of sales processes and management.
Strong presentation skills and a professional demeanor.
Exceptional multitasking abilities.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Able to navigate challenges effectively.
Must pass a driver's license check, background check, and drug screening.
Experience with door-to-door sales is preferred.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Must be at least 21 years old and have reliable transportation.
