We are currently seeking a Senior Lifestyle Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at our new experiential living community.
Role Overview:
The primary objective of the Senior Lifestyle Sales Consultant is to engage with potential residents through various communication channels, including in-person meetings, virtual consultations, phone calls, emails, and text messaging. The goal is to inspire and motivate prospective residents to consider our community as their future home.
This role involves reaching out to new inquiries, following up on existing leads, and generating sales opportunities with the aim of converting these leads into new residents.
Success in this position will be evaluated based on sales conversions, revenue growth, move-ins, and overall occupancy rates. The Senior Lifestyle Sales Consultant will report directly to the Lifestyle Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Engage with all inquiries, both new and existing, to advance them through the sales process and convert them into residents using effective sales techniques.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects to establish trust and secure commitments.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of community amenities, lifestyle benefits, and local attractions to effectively communicate these advantages to potential residents.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain regular updates for the Lifestyle Director.
- Conduct weekly strategy meetings with the Lifestyle Director and other leadership members.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective marketing strategies.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct regular market research to analyze both established and emerging living options.
- Prepare market analysis reports and develop methodologies for tracking prospective residents and referral sources.
- Identify competitive opportunities and present strategic recommendations to enhance our market position.
Revenue Optimization:
- Identify revenue opportunities to meet monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Implement pricing strategies and occupancy incentives to maximize revenue.
- Analyze data to provide recommendations for business operations.
Partnership Development:
- Generate leads and move-ins through targeted professional referrals and community events.
- Conduct presentations to professional referral sources to strengthen partnerships.
- Connect with local businesses to foster mutually beneficial relationships that enhance community value.
Resident Transition:
- Oversee the new resident onboarding process to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
- Facilitate communication between new residents, their families, and internal teams to ensure a seamless transition.
Professional Development:
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments by engaging with professional resources.
- Collaborate with leadership to provide feedback from resident engagement to improve community offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of two years of experience in direct sales, preferably in multifamily, rentals, or senior living.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with sales CRM systems.
