Role Description:
We are in search of approachable, motivated, and trustworthy sales representatives to promote IQ Fiber's high-speed internet services to residents in the Jacksonville area.
Through our comprehensive training program, you will learn effective sales techniques to engage potential customers in serviceable neighborhoods.
The Field Sales Consultant position involves direct interaction with residential clients, including door-to-door outreach, within your designated territory.
You will serve as the local authority on fiber-optic internet and Wi-Fi services, with the primary goal of increasing the adoption of IQ Fiber's broadband solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Introducing our services and educating consumers about the benefits of IQ Fiber.
- Driving customer engagement and satisfaction through honest and transparent communication.
- Establishing IQ Fiber as the preferred provider for broadband services.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets for market penetration.
- Conducting face-to-face consultations with customers at their homes or community events.
- Utilizing a proven sales approach to close deals and process orders in our systems.
- Providing follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback for improvement.
- Monitoring local competition to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Participating in community marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and expand our customer base.
Qualifications:
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can work independently while also thriving in a team environment. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A friendly and energetic demeanor.
- A successful track record in sales, preferably in an outside sales capacity.
- Experience in the telecommunications sector is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and management.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively and meet sales objectives.
- Proficiency in negotiation and interpersonal relations.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to pass background checks.
- Door-to-door sales experience is a plus.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must be at least 21 years old and have reliable transportation.
Working Conditions:
