Your Responsibilities

Your main duty will be to promote effective and innovative digital, print, and service solutions that tackle the challenges faced by students, educators, and institutions today. Key Accountabilities

  • Achieving or exceeding sales targets within your territory by providing course-based solutions to educators, thereby increasing market share.
  • Facilitating the transition to subscription-based materials to address issues of affordability and accessibility for students.
  • Working collaboratively with specialists and account executives to implement effective solutions across programs or institutions.
  • Executing impactful back-to-school initiatives that enhance student engagement.
  • Partnering with bookstores to drive sales.
  • Maintaining accurate tracking and forecasting in OneCRM.

Position Details

This role is primarily remote, requiring approximately 65% travel, including visits to local college campuses and national meetings. Please note that relocation packages are not available for this position. The ideal candidate should reside within the specified territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilizing a combination of campus visits and virtual engagements to consistently connect with over 15 faculty members daily, employing effective consultative sales techniques.
  • Exhibiting strong organizational and follow-up capabilities.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely tracking and forecasting in OneCRM.
  • Collaborating with enterprise-level sales personnel to drive course adoption into Inclusive Access and upsell additional services.
  • Strategically planning at both territory and adoption levels.
  • Delivering compelling technology sales presentations to faculty and conducting technology training sessions for students.
  • Working closely with the Customer Success team to provide effective support for key clients.
  • Implementing company initiatives within your sales territory.
  • Staying informed about Pearson products, platforms, and capabilities.
  • Keeping abreast of trends affecting the educational sector and market landscape.
  • Demonstrating collaboration by sharing successful strategies across your district, region, and nationally.
  • Willingness to engage in assignments with cross-functional teams as needed.
