About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Teva Pharmaceuticals. As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering sales results and driving business growth in our territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and medical office staff.
  • Provide product demonstrations, detailing, and in-servicing to current and potential customers.
  • Consult with healthcare providers to promote products and provide patient education.
  • Analyze sales data to create effective territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds.
  • Maintain a high level of customer engagement and achieve sales performance goals.
  • Apply problem-solving techniques to improve performance and company effectiveness.
  • Adhere to all company compliance policies and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least one year of full-time business-to-business sales experience, preferably in pharmaceutical sales.
  • Proven track record of accomplishments in sales, with a focus on meeting established objectives.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with healthcare professionals in face-to-face and virtual environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of reimbursement, managed care, or marketing is a plus.
