We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Grand Canyon Education, Inc. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion in the Amherst, MA territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Identify and implement event/activity plans to build awareness of our online academic programs and drive inquiry generation.
- Build and Nurture Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners and influencers to promote Grand Canyon University student success and institutional growth.
- Provide Exceptional Counseling: Use your passion for serving others to provide exceptional counseling to prospective students, their families, and partners, championing the GCE mission and promoting Grand Canyon University student success.
- Support Admissions Process: Guide prospective Grand Canyon University students through the admissions process, using your critical thinking skills to support them on the right path towards a successful online learning experience.
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred: No delinquent or in default on a federal student loan as verified in your credit report. If in a rehabilitation program, your credit report must reflect that you are current, not delinquent, on your payments.
- Outstanding Time Management Skills: Prioritize competing priorities, even while traveling, and demonstrate self-motivation and drive to succeed.
- Clear Communication Skills: Explain complex concepts to anyone, communicate effectively in person, in writing, and on the phone, and possess well-developed listening skills.
- High Emotional Intelligence: Demonstrate empathy and ability to coach a diverse range of students, each with unique circumstances, and develop and nurture partner relationships.
- Valid Driver's License, Reliable Transportation, and Flexible Schedule: Ability to use personal vehicle for extensive travel in the territory, with some events requiring evening and/or weekend availability.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to use digital tools to execute work and stay accountable.
