About the Role

Aither Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving maximum value for our client accounts, taking full ownership of client retention and account development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and referral partners to ensure seamless service delivery and maximum value.
  • Work closely with our implementation team to ensure timely project management and launch deadlines, including new vendor relationships and/or plan changes.
  • Lead the annual renewals process, initiating and participating in interactive meetings to ensure all deadlines are communicated and met.
  • Define client needs to enable unique and effective servicing, differentiating Aither Health from other potential TPAs and driving retention and growth.
  • Maintain up-to-date client and vendor information on our internal platform.
  • Develop tools and reporting to provide project management, drive outcomes, and provide status updates and address concerns/issues for each client.
  • Implement a routine of checks and balances to closely monitor efficiencies in honoring contract provisions, building a high level of client success that leads to growth and retention.
  • Have ultimate responsibility for the oversight and day-to-day operations of the team, building a strong working relationship with the Client Partner to mentor the team, offer corrective coaching when necessary, and develop new training methods to support the client.
  • Effectively manage the full team of associates, delegating projects and time-sensitive requests to maintain the highest success levels in production and client retention.
  • Develop and monitor client cost savings by working with the stop loss team on individual and aggregate stop loss reporting and relaying this information on a proactive basis to the client.
  • Take initiative and engage in problem-solving activities to improve operational workflows across the organization.
  • Participate in call management and internal communication boards to ensure service level standards are maintained.
  • Be available to work hours outside of your normally scheduled shift as needed.

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree/Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
  • Understanding of the evolution of self-funded insurance from its genesis.
  • Talent to communicate clearly, ensuring that others understand the information.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to focus on and meet goals.
  • PC and Windows experience.
  • Ability to collect data and draw valid conclusions.
  • Talent for ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Ability to prioritize.
  • A precise attention to detail.
  • The attitude that anything worth doing is worth doing right, every time.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • The motivation to learn and constantly improve processes.

  • Healthcare claims administration experience.
