Job Title: Business Development Director - MIS

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Director to lead our MIS sales efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and qualifying new sales opportunities, identifying new customer needs, and closing deals through balanced negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of sales initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to optimize sales strategies

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of sales experience in the M&IS industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding client expectations
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Bachelor's degree
