Job Description

TransPerfect is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Business Development to join our Gaming Solutions team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication
  • Source and close new business opportunities through referrals, cold calling, and networking
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' businesses and industries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-7 years of sales experience in the gaming industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Established capabilities managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
