Job Description

At Quest 2 Recovery, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team. This role is responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic marketing initiatives and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to increase brand recognition and revenue.
  • Collaborate with company executives, sales, and marketing professionals to align business goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, employers, and other industry partners.
  • Develop and implement point-of-sale services for clients and prospective clients.
  • Manage and log marketing records, phone leads, and other relevant data.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain confidentiality practices.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of clinical and medical aspects of treatment.
  • High school diploma or higher.
  • Valid driver's license.
