- Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and providing a positive experience.
- Interface with high-level clientele, including C-Suite Executives, Property Owners, and Government Officials.
- Develop and present business cases, supported by accurate financial modeling and documentation.
- Review assigned territories to ensure all customers are contacted regularly.
- Assist in preparing project status reports and maintaining accurate sales/service records.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales and business quality objectives.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong sales and business development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
