About the Role

Bruker is seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Services Coordinator to join our Operations, Health and Safety team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and common spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to staff, including coordinating catering, facilities maintenance, and security access management.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for front desk reception, receiving and escorting visitors, and addressing requests for assistance.
  • Assist with the oversight of company common spaces, including inventorying, ordering, and replenishing supplies.
  • Fulfill staff requests for office supplies and furniture.
  • Support office space planning and movements.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum two years of experience supporting office management or administrative services functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to travel between multiple buildings.
  • Strong math and critical thinking/problem solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
