Executive Assistant
The Patient Safety Department at the University of Washington is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide high-level operational, programmatic, and administrative support to the Patient Safety Officer and Associate Medical Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational plans to support the Patient Safety Program
- Provide logistical support for event reviews, rounds, and committees
- Manage calendars and communication for PS leaders
- Manage databases and provide support for regulatory functions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years' experience as an administrative coordinator or program coordinator
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Ability to manage complex projects and work effectively within teams
