About the Role
Bruker is seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Services Coordinator to join our Operations, Health and Safety team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office spaces, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to staff, including coordinating catering, facilities maintenance, and other administrative tasks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for front desk reception, receiving and escorting visitors, and addressing requests for assistance.
- Assist with the oversight of company common spaces, including inventorying, ordering, and maintaining supplies.
- Fulfill staff requests for office supplies and furniture, and assist with office space planning and movements.
- Support company cultural activities, such as updating Facepage and the Wall of Fame.
- Participate in special projects as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum two years of experience in office management or administrative services.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to travel between multiple buildings.
- Strong math and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
