Base compensation will be determined based on your skills and experience, with additional team-based bonus opportunities available. Responsibilities:

As an Administrative Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our community through various financial and human resources functions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Processing payroll and assisting with HR-related tasks
  • Tracking and documenting community accounting changes
  • Preparing and recording invoices
  • Facilitating new hire documentation
  • Organizing and maintaining personnel, resident, marketing, and other essential files

Salary Information:
$34.97 per hour
