The Administrative Coordinator is an essential member of the LIHI team, collaborating closely with the Executive Director and the Board of Directors. This role encompasses the management of both internal and external communications while providing support to various agency leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for fostering positive public relations
- Document meeting minutes and assist the board as needed
- Oversee the Executive Director's calendar and coordinate appointments
- Support with official correspondence and documentation
- Collaborate on fundraising initiatives and campaigns
- Manage administrative and operational projects
- Partner with HR on employment-related matters
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in a comparable position or a relevant Bachelor's degree
- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and communication platforms
- Familiarity with low-income housing and the nonprofit sector is preferred
- Background and drug screening will be conducted
