The Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for managing enrollment processes, verifying eligibility, and overseeing premium payment operations for beneficiaries. This role includes:
- Researching and addressing eligibility inquiries.
- Disenrolling members who no longer meet eligibility criteria.
- Notifying enrollees of any changes in their enrollment status.
- Preparing and issuing premium payment invoices.
- Collecting premium payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Generating various enrollment and financial reports, ensuring data accuracy between systems.

Qualifications:
Required:
- ADP II Security Clearance upon hire.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare or business office settings with increasing responsibilities.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration or Business Administration.
- Experience with DEERS/DOES/TRICARE systems.
