Position Overview:

The Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for managing enrollment processes, verifying eligibility, and overseeing premium payment operations for beneficiaries. This role includes:
  • Researching and addressing eligibility inquiries.
  • Disenrolling members who no longer meet eligibility criteria.
  • Notifying enrollees of any changes in their enrollment status.
  • Preparing and issuing premium payment invoices.
  • Collecting premium payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Generating various enrollment and financial reports, ensuring data accuracy between systems.

Qualifications:

Required:
  • ADP II Security Clearance upon hire.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare or business office settings with increasing responsibilities.

Preferred:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration or Business Administration.
  • Experience with DEERS/DOES/TRICARE systems.
