Job Description

About the Team

Hireio, Inc. is reshaping the E-commerce landscape, and we need a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to support our business teams. This role will be responsible for performance reviews, learning and development, and employee retention while improving existing processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with assigned business units to understand business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices.
  • Consult with line management and provide HR guidance on talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Assess team and employee development needs, make recommendations, and implement solutions.
  • Manage employee disciplinary issues and provide advice to business leaders.
  • Integrate with HR colleagues to implement solutions.
  • Drive employee engagement agenda for assigned business units.
  • Be the ambassador of company culture and plan organizational culture activities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years HR experience, HRBP experience preferred.
  • Experience with performance management, employee relations, and data analytics/reporting.
  • Demonstrated project management and change management experience.
  • Analytical and data management skills.
  • Interpersonal communication skills and experience building relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge and experience in the technology or Internet business preferred.
