About the Team

The DataAILab team at TikTok is building core products to ensure healthy growth, deliver the best user experience, and build attractive features. Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with business units to understand business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices.
  2. Consult with line management and provide HR guidance on talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
  3. Assess team and employee development needs, make recommendations, and implement solutions.
  4. Manage employee disciplinary issues and provide advice to business leaders.
  5. Integrate with HR colleagues to implement solutions.
  6. Drive employee engagement agenda for employees in business units.
  7. Be the ambassador of TikTok's organizational culture and plan activities.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Experience with performance management, employee relations, and data analytics.
    • Project management and change management experience.
    • Analytical and data management skills.
    • Interpersonal communication skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • HRBP experience.
    • Knowledge and experience in the technology or Internet business.
