Key Responsibilities:

  • Take the lead in crafting strategies that enhance the credibility of ServiceNow's Talent solutions as we broaden our HR offerings.
  • Provide innovative insights regarding Generative AI and its applications in Skills management.
  • Engage in persuasive dialogues that elevate our technological offerings in the competitive landscape.
  • Assist in developing programs that empower our sales and solution consulting teams to effectively convey the value of Talent on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Establish yourself as a recognized expert in both domain knowledge and solution offerings.
  • Be open to expanding your expertise as we innovate within our HR portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Development teams to enhance ServiceNow products with features that meet customer expectations.
  • Share best practices and proven solutions with colleagues to improve overall team performance.
  • Remain informed about competitive trends and analyses.
  • Engage with both business and technical decision-makers.
  • Support marketing initiatives such as user conferences, trade shows, analyst demonstrations, and webinars to advocate for Talent, HR, and our Generative AI solutions.
  • Coordinate with Business Units to prioritize and communicate product roadmaps.
  • Facilitate feedback channels from customers and Sales Consulting teams back to Business Units.
  • Work closely with product teams, marketing, NowX, Solution Consulting, and Sales teams.
  • Collaborate with the Community team of Sales Consultants to enable them on Talent solutions.
  • Lead significant global deals in Talent Acquisition and Development.
  • Engage with the Special Interest Group and customer community focusing on Talent.

Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering.
  • Strong proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise in cloud-based software solutions.
  • Experience in collaborative environments with product management, marketing, partners, and professional services.
  • Skills in territory management, including pipeline development and collaboration with Sales counterparts to ensure execution excellence.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Compensation and Benefits:

For positions in specific regions, we offer a competitive base salary, along with equity (where applicable), variable compensation, and comprehensive benefits. Our sales roles typically feature an attractive On Target Earnings (OTE) structure. Please note that the base salary provided serves as a guideline, and individual total compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, and work location. We also provide health plans, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan with company matching, Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), matching donations, a flexible time-off policy, and family leave programs, subject to eligibility criteria.

Work Environment:
