Job Overview

Titan Restoration of Arizona is recognized as a leading provider in the restoration sector. We are seeking an Emergency Services Mitigation Technician to take on a vital role in our operations. This position involves responding to urgent situations related to water, fire, and mold damage, delivering immediate mitigation services to reduce property loss and restore normalcy for our clients.

Compensation:

$20 - $28 hourly

Key Responsibilities:
  • Swiftly respond to emergency requests for mitigation services related to water, fire, and mold incidents.
  • Perform initial evaluations of affected properties to assess the necessary mitigation measures.
  • Execute mitigation strategies to avert further damage and secure impacted areas.
  • Utilize industry-standard equipment for water extraction, drying, and dehumidification tasks.
  • Carry out fire damage cleanup and smoke odor remediation procedures.
  • Engage in mold remediation efforts, including containment, removal, and sanitation processes.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
  • Maintain detailed records of all work performed, documenting pre- and post-mitigation conditions.
  • Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with clients and addressing their concerns throughout the mitigation process.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in restoration or related fields are preferred.
  • Previous experience in emergency services mitigation, ideally within the restoration industry.
  • Strong understanding of water, fire, and mold mitigation techniques and equipment.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing situations.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Physical endurance and capability to lift heavy equipment and perform manual tasks as required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as necessitated by emergency situations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a drug test.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
