**Culinary Supervisor Responsibilities**

Oversee daily kitchen operations with professionalism, respect, and efficiency. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the restaurant's culinary philosophy, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to all operational policies. Mentor and guide junior kitchen staff, fostering a culture of learning and development. Maintain the highest standards of quality and cleanliness within the kitchen environment.

**Core Expectations:**

Act with integrity and honesty, promoting the culture, values, and mission of Bourbon Steak and its partners.

Ensure that all patrons feel welcomed and receive responsive, professional, and gracious service at all times.

Perform all job functions with efficiency, respect, friendliness, professionalism, teamwork, knowledge, patience, awareness, compassion, courtesy, and initiative.

Fully comprehend the management philosophy and the vision of the ownership. Exhibit consistent attention to detail and ensure compliance with all restaurant policies.

Represent the restaurant professionally through effective communication and collaboration with all business partners.

Work collaboratively with the team to cultivate a respectful and supportive work environment, creating opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Lead the management team, ensuring that service standards align with esteemed accreditation sources, including but not limited to Zagat, Gayot, Relais & Chateaux, Mobil 5 Star, AAA Five Diamond, Wine Spectator, and Michelin.

Comprehend all programs, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training protocols.

Propose constructive solutions to challenges and actively participate in the decision-making process.

**Required Qualifications:**

Ability to communicate effectively in the predominant language(s) of the restaurant's operating area.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking within a fine dining establishment.

Exhibit the image and positive attitude reflective of the restaurant's philosophy.

Possess clear communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods (minimum of 8 hours daily).

Capability to reach, bend, and frequently lift up to 30 pounds.

Must have the stamina to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
