This first-of-its-kind property features a total of 533 luxurious accommodations, including 37 suites, complemented by an extensive range of amenities. With 50,000 square feet dedicated to indoor event space and a stunning outdoor pool area, the hotel promises an exceptional experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities

As the Lead Culinary Supervisor, you will oversee the production and service execution within a designated venue of the hotel. Your role will include:

  • Leading and inspiring a team of sous chefs and culinary staff.
  • Ensuring the successful execution of all menu items.
  • Collaborating with various teams to meet operational needs.
  • Managing inventory, scheduling, and production planning.
  • Monitoring costs and expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Adhering to HACCP protocols and maintaining high standards of food safety.
  • Innovating and developing new menu features.
  • Participating in the recruitment and onboarding of culinary staff.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in high-end culinary environments.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HACCP standards and relevant certifications.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Expertise in specific culinary styles relevant to the venue.
  • Strong culinary skills and advanced cooking techniques.
  • Familiarity with computer systems related to culinary operations.
  • Exceptional leadership and management abilities.
  • A solid understanding of food and beverage financials.
