In this role, you will oversee kitchen operations, reporting directly to the Executive Chef. Your passion for culinary arts, particularly in sushi and Japanese cuisine, will shine as you lead your team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS...
- A minimum of 3 years of experience managing a kitchen in a full-service environment
- Experience with sushi preparation
- A positive attitude and a willingness to support fellow team members
- Ability to comprehend and execute basic cooking instructions
- Strong communication skills with team members, guests, and management
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
