In this role, you will oversee kitchen operations, reporting directly to the Executive Chef. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS...

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience managing a kitchen in a full-service environment
  • Experience with sushi preparation
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to support fellow team members
  • Ability to comprehend and execute basic cooking instructions
  • Strong communication skills with team members, guests, and management
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical capability to stand, walk, and perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and moving
