Position Overview:
Advance your culinary career by joining our team as a Culinary Supervisor. We are in search of a passionate and innovative individual who will work closely with our skilled culinary team to provide exceptional dining experiences.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, effective communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail. In this role, you will engage daily with the Executive Chef to discuss planning, staffing, and operational procedures. Responsibilities include completing daily food requisitions, developing daily specials, and assisting in the recruitment, training, and mentoring of team members. You will also play a vital role in menu creation, inventory management, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: College degree or certification in culinary or hospitality field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen, ideally within a hotel or resort environment
  • Familiarity with a range of culinary techniques and cuisines
  • Strong leadership skills with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage inventory, including ordering and receiving products
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines and regulations
