Position Overview

Role: Culinary Operations Supervisor at Chick-fil-A Church Street

Compensation: $17-$20/hr

This position is for a pioneering Chick-fil-A restaurant concept. The focus will be on Catering, Third-Party Deliveries, Mobile Ordering, and Innovative Delivery Solutions.

The Culinary Operations Supervisor plays a vital role in our establishment, serving as the representative of the restaurant during their shift and ensuring that every guest departs with a memorable experience.

  • Respond promptly and respectfully to customer inquiries and needs.
  • Assist in onboarding new team members, setting the tone for each shift, and serving as a role model.

  • Oversee opening and closing procedures, lead shifts, and maintain key holder responsibilities.
