  • Compile operational reports using various software tools to ensure effective food service management.
  • Conduct operational assessments to identify issues and develop actionable solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with Culinary Services Group standards and client specifications.
  • Be prepared to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and travel as needed.

Qualifications:

  • An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Food Service Administration or a related field.
  • ServSafe Certification.
  • Dietary Managers Certification (preferred) and/or other relevant certifications.
  • Experience in institutional or healthcare food service, including purchasing, food production, and budgeting.
  • Formal training in institutional cooking and food service sanitation is desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills.
