- Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-volume restaurant leadership
- Comprehend business operations and financial management
- Oversee shifts, including daily operational decisions, staffing, and planning

- Possess knowledge of flavors, aromas, and food ingredient characteristics
- Ensure high standards of product quality and cleanliness
