Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare all menu items, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to recipes.
  • Uphold kitchen cleanliness in compliance with health regulations.
  • Organize and maintain designated kitchen workstations.
  • Plan food production to align with service hours, ensuring the quality, temperature, and presentation of dishes.
  • Manage the use of kitchen supplies and equipment to reduce waste and prevent loss.
  • Adhere to safe food handling practices at all times.
  • Properly store food items, labeling with dates and descriptions.

  • Maintain a tidy work area; clean and care for food preparation equipment.

  • Execute culinary tasks efficiently, addressing guest requests to their satisfaction.
  • Deliver high volumes of work while adhering to quality standards.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Capability to lift and carry items up to 40 lbs and push/pull items up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, with frequent bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching overhead.
  • Proficient in using culinary tools (knives, commercial equipment, etc.) and possess a keen sense of taste and smell.
