About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team in Palo Alto, CA. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include monitoring office supplies, placing orders as necessary, keeping the office clean and organized, and generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.

Requirements:
