About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of East Palo Alto Academy Foundation. This part-time role will provide administrative assistance to our team, focusing on general operations, finance, development, and programs.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and contribute to the success of EPAAF. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and maintaining organization of policies and procedures.

You will also play a key role in supporting financial tracking, processing bills and invoices, and reconciling monthly statements. Additionally, you will assist with communications, solicitations, and events, as well as provide logistical support for scholar funding requests and data management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage shared calendars and provide scheduling support for the executive director
  • Maintain organization of EPAAF policies and procedures
  • Support financial tracking, processing bills and invoices, and reconciling monthly statements
  • Assist with communications, solicitations, and events
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills and personal integrity
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Salesforce (preferred)
