Job Summary

The Account Management Specialist position is a full-time support role to our Business Development Team. This position will be the Customers' point of contact and liaison for activities related to servicing a growing list of clients and their groups. While working with a group of Sales Managers, the Account Management Specialist's responsibilities will ensure the efficient delivery of customer service and clear communication to both the customers and the entire Hines & Associates Inc team.

This position may have a hybrid work-from-home opportunity 2 days per week, if employee successfully completes training period. Training period may last approximately 6 months.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management (25%)

  • Service legacy clients of Hines & Associates Inc for retention and growth.
  • Ensure high-level customer service to all clients on a daily basis by following up on claims status, providing information to clients from Managed Care and obtaining client information to GEM.
  • Communication of end results to client highlighting success and providing context behind the results.

Cost Containment Services (50%)

  • Ensure efficient communication between Hines & Associates Inc and GEM to identify, propose, and secure opportunities for cost avoidance and cost containment on client medical claims.
  • Serve as main point of contact between Account Management, Care Management, National Accounts, and Sales for Cost Management services.
  • Maintain and manage an inventory of medical cases that progress to a financial resolution for the benefit of the client, plan, and member.
  • Ensure business has all required information and client/group permissions to proceed as a billable event with realized results.
  • Build and maintain a Cost Management Inventory Report review as needed with team and reposit in public domain for internal use (i.e., Hines & Associates Inc SharePoint).
  • Produce timely results with proactive communication to key stakeholders.

Business Intelligence and Analytics (25%)

  • Conduct periodic data analytics and reports for clients who actively utilize Hines & Associates Inc's cost management services to showcase risk and return.
  • Provide information regarding sample stories for Marketing depict value of Hines Care, Cost, and Risk Management which will be shared with Revenue Team, Clients, and Prospects.
  • Document step-by-step procedures, workflow processes as well as critical tools, drives, accounts, systems, etc. that facilitate management and outcome.

Requirements

Education: High School Diploma, Associate's preferred

Experience: At least 3 years administrative support role, high level of attention to detail and efficiency

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Compensation details: $19-$21 Hourly Wage
