Inventory Accounting Specialist - Hims & Hers Health, Inc.

As an Inventory Accounting Specialist, you will oversee inventory management and ensure precise accounting within the general ledger. This position entails responsibilities such as month-end closing activities, account reconciliations, and contributing to financial reporting processes.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage month-end closing activities for internal inventory operations
  • Examine transactions associated with purchase orders, inventory receipts, and adjustments in warehouse inventory
  • Assist in the management of accounting systems that affect internal fulfillment operations
  • Develop inventory accounting schedules while ensuring compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act
  • Support various accounting projects and initiatives aimed at process enhancement

Your Qualifications:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in accounting
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Preferred CPA track
  • Proficient in advanced Excel functions
  • Strong analytical capabilities and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
