Ashland Springs Hotel in Ashland, OR is seeking a Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional guest service and ensure a seamless hotel experience.

The ideal candidate will be a people-oriented professional who is always willing to help guests. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for greeting and checking in/out guests in a friendly and efficient manner, answering questions, and resolving any guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service: Ensure guests are greeted, checked in and out of the hotel in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Communication: Listen and respond to guest inquiries in a positive and friendly manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Manage and resolve all guest complaints and problems in a professional, courteous and timely manner.
  • Administrative: Complete tasks on daily checklist, reconcile all charges and cash received during shift, and prepare drop.
  • Teamwork: Communicate with the next shift to pass on necessary information.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Skills: Basic math skills and prior cash handling experience.
  • Licenses/Certificates: Possession of government required licenses or certificates.
