Front Desk Agent Opportunity at Ashland Hills Hotel

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional guest experiences at Ashland Hills Hotel. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely information and services in a courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and Check Guests In/Out: Efficiently and professionally process guest arrivals and departures.
  • Process Guest Payments: Obtain necessary identification and process payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Communicate and Fulfill Special Requests: Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and positively.
  • Manage and Resolve Guest Complaints: Professionally and courteously manage and resolve guest complaints.
  • Answer Phone Calls: Promptly and route calls appropriately.
  • Promote Hotel Amenities: Communicate effectively with guests about hotel amenities, events, and special packages.
  • Complete Daily Checklist Tasks: Ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the front desk.

  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Work Area: Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests and colleagues.
  • Conduct Yourself Professionally: Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
