Position Overview: We are looking for a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist to support our esteemed client in the beauty sector. This organization is a worldwide frontrunner in the beauty market, dedicated to delivering top-quality products that meet diverse beauty needs globally.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an HR Business Partner, providing support to entry-level employees.
  • Foster employee relationships and facilitate both informal and formal training sessions.
  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding processes for all non-exempt roles.
  • Promote a positive work environment by building rapport with employees and offering guidance and coaching.
  • Collaborate with the Total Rewards team to assess employee compensation packages and assist with pay recommendations in line with policy standards.
  • Interpret and enforce HR policies and programs to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison between Corporate and brand HR teams on various corporate initiatives.
  • Exhibit a strong understanding of Employment Law and its practical applications.
  • Oversee the preparation and coordination of data collection for government programs, including AAP and EEOC.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to equal opportunity employment, ADA, FMLA, OFCCP, Wage and Hour, and Employee Agreements is required.
  • General understanding of Profit and Loss statements, including budget processes.
