Position Available: Bilingual Communication Specialist in Manchester, NH

  • Reporting to: Pinpoint Program Manager
  • Supervision: Not applicable
  • Employment Status: Non-Exempt, On-call

Languages Required: Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Russian, Vietnamese, Hindi, Swahili, Chinese/Mandarin/Cantonese

Role Overview:

As a Bilingual Communication Specialist with IINE-Pinpoint, you will play a vital role in bridging communication gaps between local organizations and individuals who have limited proficiency in English. Candidates with a background in interpretation and translation are highly encouraged to apply, and you will receive comprehensive support and training from both IINE and Pinpoint teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional interpretation and translation services
  • Ensure precise communication without personal bias
  • Adjust style and tone to accurately convey the original message
  • Assist with documentation and administrative tasks
  • Engage in continuous training and professional development
  • Deliver services in various environments

COVID-19 Policy:

While most positions at IINE do not require proof of Covid-19 vaccination, certain roles may necessitate confirmation of vaccination. Additionally, candidates assisting clients with immigration matters may be required to provide vaccination proof in accordance with federal guidelines.
