Position Overview: We are looking for a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist to support our esteemed client in the beauty sector. This organization is a worldwide leader dedicated to delivering exceptional beauty products that meet diverse needs and preferences.
Role Responsibilities:
- Serve as an HR Business Partner to assist entry-level employees.
- Foster employee relations and facilitate both informal and formal training sessions.
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding processes for all non-exempt roles.
- Promote a positive work environment by building relationships and providing guidance to employees.
- Collaborate with the Total Rewards team to assess employee compensation packages and support pay recommendations in line with company policies.
- Interpret and enforce HR policies and programs to enhance operational support.
- Act as a liaison between Corporate and brand HR teams regarding corporate initiatives.
- Exhibit knowledge and understanding of Employment Law and its applications.
- Prepare and oversee data collection for government programs, including AAP and EEOC compliance.
Compensation: The starting hourly wage is $28.50, with opportunities for advancement.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Qualifications for Success:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to equal opportunity employment, ADA, FMLA, OFCCP, Wage and Hour, and Employee Agreements.
- General understanding of Profit and Loss statements, including budgetary processes.
