Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an HR Business Partner to assist entry-level employees.
  • Develop employee relations and facilitate both informal and formal training sessions.
  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding processes for non-exempt roles.
  • Promote a positive work environment by building relationships and providing guidance to staff.
  • Collaborate with Total Rewards to assess employee compensation packages and support salary recommendations in line with policy.
  • Interpret and implement HR policies and programs to enhance operational support.
  • Act as a liaison between Corporate and brand HR teams regarding corporate initiatives.
  • Exhibit knowledge and sensitivity towards Employment Law and its applications.
  • Prepare and coordinate data collection for government programs, including AAP and EEOC compliance.

Compensation and Benefits: The starting hourly wage is $28.50, with opportunities for advancement. Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

  • General understanding of Profit and Loss statements, including budgetary processes.
