Position Details:

Part-Time - Flexible Hours - On-Site

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general receptionist tasks, including answering phones, directing calls, responding to inquiries, and welcoming visitors.
  • Serve as an Office 365 administrator, managing email accounts, groups, permissions, and revoking access as necessary.
  • Support the distribution, maintenance, and troubleshooting of iPads used for time and attendance tracking.
  • Ensure employee files, records, and documentation are accurate and current. Draft and disseminate communications related to HR matters.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR files and records to verify that all necessary documents are collected and properly filed.
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, which may involve posting job openings, creating recruitment materials, scheduling interviews, extending offers, and ensuring compliance with onboarding procedures.
  • Manage employee data within ADP Workforce Now, including processing changes, auditing information, and generating reports.
  • Develop, distribute, and monitor safety training programs.
  • Facilitate employee benefits administration by explaining options and eligibility, addressing routine inquiries, and aiding in the open enrollment process.
  • Contribute to projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and fostering a positive company culture.

Qualifications:

  • A positive attitude and a commitment to supporting colleagues.
  • Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with the ADP Workforce Now platform is advantageous.
