Job Opportunity

Carel USA LLC is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Southeast Regional Sales Development Manager. This role will focus on developing and growing our refrigeration customer base in the southeast region.

About the Role
  • We are looking for an energetic, self-starter with excellent communication skills to develop and deliver product demonstrations and sales presentations that explain key technical aspects of solutions to customers and prospects.
  • The successful candidate will have strong customer relationship skills, problem-solving abilities, and a good understanding of commercial and industrial refrigeration applications.
Responsibilities
  1. Develop and deliver product demonstrations and sales presentations to communicate the benefits of our solutions to customers and prospects.
  2. Work with clients to problem-solve throughout the sales process and provide process or project improvement feedback to internal teams.
  3. Collaborate with the forecasting team, R&D team, and software development team to identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
  4. Organize and attend events targeted at having our technology specified by local industries and promote our technology to key stakeholders and influencers in the market segment of retail business.
  5. Establish and consolidate relationships with major OEMs, contractors, and partners in the market.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited technical school or equivalent experience related to HVAC.
  • 5+ years of experience in the refrigeration industry.
  • Excellent communication and value selling skills.
  • Strong customer relationship skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • A good understanding of commercial and industrial refrigeration applications, refrigerant, and norms evolution.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses. The work environment is a typical office setting with up to 50% travel required.
